SlidableListItem: Items are bleeding with light color when dark theme is requested #2

Best seen in the Mail sample. When items are dark, they are bleeding gray color on the top and bottom. Effect is emphasized when scrolling

Only noticed the issue on high DPI screens. Added 1px margin to the command content to make sure it doesn't bleed, seems to have resolved the issue
