Move info in top20 to individual files #22

Need to decide if edits in top20 branch/file should stay in a single file and if this file should be renamed or if each term should have its own file.

I chatted with Bai about this and she thought individual files per term would be a good idea. I can do this once other issues are dealt with in #10 if people agree.

We agreed separate files are fine.
