Create a hex logo for the package. @Bai-Li-NOAA , I know this is not a huge deal, but I thought it would be nice to have a logo :) I used the hexSticker R pkg to put it together.
Feel free to make changes to the code or suggest edits before merging it in - or if you think it is good enough for now, go ahead and merge into main.
