According to the dependency graph, build-deploy-bookdown.yml only has 1 repository using it.
connect-publish.yml has none.
Perhaps these should be removed from ghactions4r, as there is not sufficient activity to help ensure they remain tested and up to date?
Alternatively, they could be left as-is and we could try to advertise them more (for bookdown, there are probably existing nmfs projects that could use the bookdown workflow, including the FIMS collaborative workflow doc.
