Poaching eggs #9

I can never seem to poach eggs without making a complete mess. @LauraKoehn-NOAA or @chris3jordan do you have any suggestions?

drain off the extra whites in a colander and then move the egg with less whites into a tiny bowl and dump into the boiling water
