@k-doering-NOAA You should update GitHub-Guide.qmd, which is 1000% confusing. The GitHub Action will render that to pdf, copy it to index.qmd and then publish to the gh-pages branch. I generally forget this (palm to forehead) and so edit both GitHub-Guide.qmd AND index.qmd because I know that one of them (and I will forget which) is going to overwrite the other.
