improve description of hermaphroditism

If an equation is necessary, we can likely do something similar to the description of the parameter trends which also use cumulative normal functions: https://github.com/nmfs-ost/ss3-doc/blob/main/tv_parameter_description.tex#L81.

@e-perl-NOAA, thanks for your work on this. Can you take one more look at this and if it looks good then squash and merge? Additional changes include

• refine text based on suggestions from @marcnadon in https://github.com/nmfs-ost/ss3-doc/issues/259
• add note about setting fraction female parameter
• aligning description of parameter lines between initial description and MG parameter section and add hyperlink (thanks @e-perl-NOAA for adding one going the other way)
• fixing an incorrect description (there was also a correct one elsewhere) of where the extra parameter lines are located (always after male weight-length parameters, regardless of whether the transition is M-to-F or F-to-M based on source code in https://github.com/nmfs-ost/ss3-source-code/blob/185401a5632855252d676221df526447ba658270/SS_readcontrol_330.tpl#L1428-L1435)

This resolves issue #259.
