Putting the Quarto site in the doc repo overrides the css style for the html user manual and messes things up there. So, should the Quarto site go into it's own repository or go into the stock-synthesis repository?
Option 1: If going in it's own repo, then would have to duplicate the web page to the stock-synthesis site and add something to the doc one to bring people there because the doc site would just be to publish the html and pdf user manuals.
Option 2: If in stock-synthesis, there would be the problem of creating issues related to the .qmd files within the stock synthesis source code file. Still need to deal with the doc site as it would be just to publish the html and pdf user manuals in this case as well?
