Future vignette/webinar topics

Glad to see this list getting started. I think we should put some quality time into creating a list of vignettes. Seems logical to coordinate them with list of webinars. The vignettes will be more work than the webinars.

• [x] - Fishing mortality: May 16 webinar
• [ ] - recruitment and start year: July webinar ???
• [ ] - parameter deviations (with Kelli)
• [ ] - catchability (q) - Rick (see issue # 535)
• [ ] - Lambdas
• [ ] - Depletion survey (option 34) and ballpark_F to guide scale of the population
• [x] - Phases: probably not enough to write here
• [ ] - seasons, subseasons, settlement dates, and growth timing
