Reprocess Lasker data

During the survey, the Lasker transects were processed using .ecs files that were made from the 2021 .ecs template, and thus did not have the correct calibration parameters applied. The EV files were reprocessed using corrected .ecs files, however it was done using Echoview 13, which appears to have slightly changed how samples are computed. This resulted in a possible slight mismatch in the number of rows between the .csv files, which made applying the cps nasc mask difficult.

Thus, will need to re-reprocess the Lasker transects again using Echoview 12. Then will need to apply the cps nasc on the new .csv files.

11/10/2022: All EV files have now been updated and integrated to CSV files using Echoview 12. Those new CSV files need to be batch processed to apply the old cps_nasc mask.
