Reprocess Saildrone data after updating CPS filter thresholds #12

Need to:

[x] Update CSV files to swap 120 and 200-kHz operands to CPS Filter variable
[x] Export 38-kHz integration CSV
[x] Re-apply CPS nasc mask

Need to determine if Saildrone data is organized properly on AST4 before reprocessing

Copying all Saildrone data from AST4 to an external HDD, which I will connect to the remote processing PC and plan to use for re-processing the data. Still waiting for normal Saildrone processing to be completed by Alice, which is almost done just waiting on input for R processing a few transects.

Done re-processing data from SD1076, save for one transect. Will need to check this as well and verifying that all other transects were properly completed.

Currently re-processing data for SD1077 using remote processing machine.

Finished processing all Saildrone data. Now just need to transfer back to AST4.

Data transferred back to AST4 and deleted from external HDD.
