Reprocess Long Beach Carnage data after updating CPS filter threshold #20

Reprocessed all of the EV files but then noticed that some files on the external drive did not match those on AST3. So had Alice merge everything so that they matched.

Only Transect 153 will need to be re-processed. After that can then try to run the R script to batch apply the CPS NASC mask.

Noticed that the ECS files were not applying the correct calibration parameters, as they seemed to be using Lasker ECS files. So re-made new ECS files using the LBC template but Lasker environment data, then reintegrated all of the EV files using the corrected ECS files (and fixing the CPS threshold operands).

Ran the new CSV files through the R script to batch apply the previous CPS NASC mask, however there were about five transects that didn't have existing CSV files.

This processing is being documented in a separate Issue, so will close this Issue out.
