@dmurfin

Exported echograms are now on \swc-storage4-s\AST4\PROJECTS\Hake Backscatter Classification\Output\Exported EV Images EV files for hake transects are located on \swc-storage4-s\AST4\PROJECTS\Hake Backscatter Classification\Output\EV Files

Each transect has the following exported echograms: 38, 70, 120, 200, 333 kHz Remove Passive Pings 38, 70, 120, 200 CPS-Final 38, 70, 120, 200 Z Final Krill (z-score method) 38, 70, 120, 200 Juan Krill Final (polynomial method)

@dmurfin

Per our discussion today, I've classified potential hake schools in transects 14, 15, 16 from the SaKe 1307SH in Echoview. These transects correspond with hauls 31 and 33 (two largest hauls of the survey). The files were fairly easy to open and move through the echogram in Echoview. Can you take a look at the regions I've designated and let me know if you think any of the regions need to be edited? After that I can export the sv values for each hake region.

Location of EV files: \swc-storage4-s\AST4\PROJECTS\Hake Backscatter Classification\Processed\EV Files\CPS

Transect 14: 2 potential hake schools Transect 15: 3 potential hake schools Transect 16: 15 potential hake schools
