Refine Coastal Explorer .nob file #37

Revise and refine transect plan in collaboration with @alicebeittel.

The latest version of the .nob file and corresponding .gpx files are on Google Drive here.

Hi @kstierhoff, what do I need to do for the UCTD points? I may have some extra time over the next couple days and if I do I'd like to crank those out.

I have a CSV with UCTD stations at 15 mi intervals that I can provide to you. We add it to the latest .nob, delete the extra points, then add the remaining ones to the existing routes. I’ll provide these soon. I’m about to board my flight from SFO soon.

@alicebeittel I started making some edits to the CSV file with UCTD stations and realized I should just finish this sub task myself. I'll upload a new .nob file when I get them added. Thanks for the offer!

Coastal Explorer file has been refined and provided to NAV Lasker. Waypoints concur with tables in the project instructions.
