Automate creation of Krill ECS files and exporting of integrated results #47

Currently, krill results are obtained by using the CPS EV File, loading a krill-specific ECS file that uses a harmonic sound speed over a deeper range, then compensating the Integration Stop line by the ratio of CPS and Krill harmonic sound speeds. All of these should be able to be automated.

Will put this task on hold for now, and potentially delete it. If we switch to use sound speed profiles in Echoview, as opposed to the average sound speeds over some depth range, then there is no need to have separate CPS and Krill EV files.
