@stevesessions, would you be able to look at the some of the transects for Shimada that have been flagged in the processing spreadsheet as needing to be redone? It should be Transects 11, 35, 60, and 64.
They all appear to include the seabed. While this isn't a problem for plotting CPS, since those get fixed in nascR, it is a problem when trying to plot 'hake', since that includes the unfiltered NASC from the seabed.
