Prepare report describing survey activities and resulting biomass estimates.

[x] Add region-specific composite habitat maps as justification for defining stock breaks, including Saildrone data, etc.
[x] Add calibration data for all vessels
[x] Add description of deep-water anchovy correction in nearshore sampling in the SCB
[x] Add description of arced tows, contingent on good weather
[x] Discussion of sampling from RL and SH, with mention of gap between each and observations from LM in that region
[x] Mention removal of Saildrone data, and perhaps quantify average lag between acoustic and trawl sampling

Draft circulated to coauthors with the changes above included. Need to incorporate these edits to the .Rmd and send to Caitlin for review.
