Create and disseminate survey plans for LM and LBC #65

Had discussion with Greg Shaughnessy, and need to determine the following:

  1. Should we plan for LM to conduct comparative catches with Lasker and/or Shimada?
  2. Need to provide Rick and Andy Blair with tentative survey dates and locations
  3. Greg would like to minimize overtime for WDFW contractors, which cost a lot of money in 2023. Perhaps come up with a plan to utilize remote control from AST staff to reduce necessary hours for WDFW folks on the ship.
  4. Figure out calibration plans for LM, which like most likely be in Gig Harbor.

Once some of these plans are determined, can set up a call with Greg, Rick, and Andy to discuss.
