Setup computers to be used on survey #76

Should put all computers on wifi network to update Windows and any software installation (e.g., Echoview, TD50, etc.). Also will want to test TeamViewer.

[x] Clone repository; may require some work to configure access to Github.

Latest versions of R/Rstudio have been installed. Updated Git installation and confirmed ability to install and update packages from Github and CRAN. Required authentication of the Github Enterprise organizations, and also updates to the 'curl' protocols on that machine. Ensured that all necessary R packages were installed to run checkTrawls, plotCTD, plotCSV, and plotSurvey. Downloaded and installed critical Windows Updates.
