The data served by OTAPI should be enough that a record for compliance can be produced.
There are extension / sub-statuses that the TSPs provide. The mapping of these to the compliance-required 'normal statuses' isn't always self-descriptive.
We should allow the TSPs to report their extensions in the data for status logs (and all data). But require that the data include the normal statuses since it is the TSP that best understands this mapping and, in this way, the data from OTAPI is ready to transform 'directly' into a record for compliance.
