Add Contributors section to address issue #77 #92

Will add names of the contributors as permission is granted. Please provide feedback on the wording and feel free to edit.

I edited the file to show suggested changes

  1. the use cases section should be last so that it introduces the reference sections which are grouped by use cases; so move the contributors section 'up'
  2. Not all of our independent contributors are cybersecurity researchers, so I suggest using 'Independents' . Definitely open to better / other wording
  3. Multi-column layout is a good idea for this list; because of Markdown, the only way to do this is via a table. You can use e.g. dillinger.io to test rendering of the table as you add approved contributors

@HVCSFriend, I corrected your markdown table and imported the Geotab logo graphic from the other branch.

I'll merge this branch and you can open new PRs if any more participants elect to be named
