Did you want to move this to SymbiFlow/prjxray-sim-pll? #8

I keep forgetting how to find this repository. Are you interested in moving it under the SymbiFlow organization with a name something like prjxray-sim-pll or something?

If we did that you would continue to have all the same commit and other rights but would need to begin adding DCO signoff lines to your commits.

Thoughts?

Hi, the account ti-leipzig is actually just the organization's account. The work in here has been done by me, for them. Would both accounts keep their rights? And would it stay possible to add a new developer with commit rights for ti-leipzig?
