0.11.8.3.1 build error using make -j #11

I'm getting the following compiler error when trying to build
naim-0.11.8.3.1 on ppc.

Dude, you've reported this before ;)

Not that I shouldn't eventually fix this, but the workaround is to not use make 
-j
(the rule to generate conio_cmds.h is nondeterministically not finishing before 
a
file that #includes it is started).
