Offline message from an offline buddy shows the buddy as online. #5

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Sign onto AIM with name #1 (offline messaging support)
2. Message offline AIM name #2
3. Sign off of AIM
4. Sign onto NAIM with name #2
5. Offline message is received on NAIM from name #1
6. Buddy remains in buddy list despite being offline.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
User appears as online in buddy list when they are not really online.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
FC6
0.11.8.2.1x with lines commented out in firetalk.c (742 and 838)

Please provide any additional information below.
I was expecting to see a crash here as I did with invisible typing, but 
this was the only issue I found with offline messages.
