I can't open the link either. Have you solved this problem?

Thank you very much. Do you know the new link of this project's website? The original link (http://www.gcc.tu-darmstadt.de/home/proj/texrecon/) is dead.

I don't think there's a new website, or is there, @nmoehrle? If you want to take a look at the original website, you can still access the last working version from October 2021 via archive.org.
