Unify definition representation #10

in nmrCV we usually have the definition provided in the Description field. Sometimes starting with "def:" and sometimes without. We need to unify the representation

Normalizing this should be done via the proper annotation property. Instead of using rdfs:comment we should rather use either skos:definition or iao:0000115. I would like to go for using IAO annotation properties, as we would then be in line with other OBO based ontologies like RXNO & CHMO.

All of the IAO APs we need are defined in the OMO ontology module.
