This PR adds all the classes declared in the nmrCV.owl (1.1) to the editor file of this repository. It also changes the PURL from the ODK default OBO based one to the official one.

~@sneumann & @NRayya I need to refresh the import modules once more before this one can get merged to have a real clean slate, as I forgot to do this in bae89a0~

nevermind, they were updated already with 37005e6
