Should the title be 21MTC Pin Decoder Interface or 21MTC Decoder Interface or 21MTC 21 Pin Decoder Interface?
Line 44 as Stuart points out there is no table but we need dimensions. I think it would be simple enough to have them in the text. Gil was on a mission to tabularize everything. But in this case is it necessary? Perhaps our existing drawing with the dimensions would serve well.
What is the Table number on page 3? It should have a title and table number. Yes if it breaks over to the next page the header row should be repeated. This table could be condensed by a shorter height on each line to save space.
Table and Figure references should be bold e.g. Fig. 9 should be bold typeface.
Consider removing some of the blank lines to reduce space.
Other than this and Stuart's comments I have nothing more.
