Line 108 defines instruction bytes: 0000CCCF or 0000CCCF DDDDDDDD
In the following text, it appears that what is supposed to be the single bit F (on line 108) is actually referred to as D, potentially confusing it with the DDDDDDDD 8-bit value. This would be in lines 114, 120, and 131.
Several readers have found this to be confusing. Suggest clarifying this in a future revision. One possible fix would be to replace 'D' with 'F' on lines 114, 120, and 131, however, other solutions could also be considered.
