Visibility of actions in Category tab #14

Hi Timo,

When a user is in the 'category' tab they can click on a particular category and it takes them to an overview giving them additional information on the category and also a list of the recommendations. However, it does not bring up the actions as well. A user might expect to see the actions as it looks like you can click on either the actions or recommendations in the previous page to see those things. What's your view on this and do you think the actions should be visible too?

What I'm referring to seems to be the norm for other categories, such as 'thematic cluster' so would be good if this was the case for all categories if possible

As per design categories only list the entities that they directly and explicitly tag. While thematic clusters thus list both recommendations and actions, issues only list recommendations.

Just as we have added inferred entities (eg no actions connected to issues via recommendations) to the category overviews, we could also list them with the "connected categories".

Before doing so however I would suggest to consider the options identified in #9 as this may potentially impact the concept of inferred/connected categories.
