Link recommendations with SDGs and SDS

Linking recommendations (with or without actions) to “SDGs” and “SDS Priority Areas” can be enabled by a simple change of configuration.

Note: Additional effort would be required to limit the linkable recommendations to those that do not have an action associated. It would also require additional efforts if the platform should also allow linking recommendations with “SDG targets” and/or the “SDS ~Key~ Strategic Outcomes”. We assume that all recommendations (with and without actions) can be linked with SDGs. Further we do not assume linking of “SDG targets” and “SDS ~Key~ Strategic”.
