[public] SourceTV spawns predicted_viewmodel #1005

SourceTV spawns a predicted_viewmodel that blocks player movement (see #1006)

Repro steps:

  1. Enable SourceTV (tv_enable 1)
  2. Change level (e.g Suzhou)
  3. Enable picker
  4. Find this near the benches 20180607080137_1
  5. Stand on it. You'll get pushed to the sides
