[public-1.11.0] Bugged infection screen effect #1125

The infection screen effect is bugged out for me on Linux. As soon as I take a bite most of my screen turns completely black, sometimes the bottom half of the screen shows the game like normal and sometimes it covers up the whole screen like in the screenshot. This happens 100% of the time when I get infected so it's easy for me to reproduce, I can grab some more screenshots or logs if you tell me what to get :+1:

Another Linux shader issue to the pile, likely related to #536. Fix might require replacement shader for better togl compatibility.

As a temporary workaround you can toggle screen effects (infection, blood, saturation) with this console bind bind <KEY> "toggle nmrih_screenspace 0 1"
