[Feature Request] Mutator Configuration #1459

Just a simple request I believe should be added to the game for those who have mods that add a lot of mutators, they should be able to load and save configs of them for future use (when creating listen servers).

Implemented in src-r7292. Selections can now be saved and loaded.
