[dev-1.13.5] ambient/roomtones/room_tone_3.wav seems to be bugged #1464

ambient/roomtones/room_tone_3.wav sounds weird on all maps 1) load up nmo_cabin 2) go to the attic hatch (to touch soundscape entity) 3) notice how ambient sound plays and repeatedly cut off with a noticeable "click"
