[Feature Request] Ping limit for servers #1469

Some cvars could be implemented to set a ping limit for players, so that if you exceed that ping for x amount of time or x times, you will be expelled. In addition, it must have some system that prevents players from falsifying the ping.

We are not planning to include a built-in ping limiter, this will have negative impact (e.g. for players who have no servers nearby).
