This AI phenomenon appears on nms_notld if there's no one outside at the start of a wave.

This is the SP bias I told you about where the game picks the nearest spawn brush and dumps the whole hoard in there. You don't see it in MP because the other players being in different areas triggering the different spawn brushes.
