(code) Players getting dropped from server due to missing client entities #643

This is on revision 7841, after ssba merged in the new code. Players are being kicked off of the SVN server, with the reason being something similar to

Dropped Riley (hospital) from server (CL_PreserveExistingEntity: missing client entity 261.
Dropped Bubka3 from server (CL_PreserveExistingEntity: missing client entity 402.

This occurs randomly but frequently, and happens on both nmo and nms maps (Fema and Silence were the ones we went through)
