Encounters tool-tip when viewing visits #12

The list of previously saved encounters (forms) on the patient page when viewing visits only shows the visit date, it would be nice to have the various under-listed encounters as a tool-tip when you hover on a specific visit. This will also avoid scrolling up to see the encounters under a visit when you have a long list of visits.
