Legacy Interface Dashboard for a Patient Refused to Show #104

When you find a patient from the legacy interface the dashbord will not open. Legacy interface is still important for performing some vital test when you are doing data entry.

The solution . The CLEAR NMRS.sql script for emptying the database did not clear the relationship table. Run the query "delete from relationship" to blank the relationship table
