OperatorHub out of date #1095

What happened: I see NMState on OperatorHub: https://operatorhub.io/operator/kubernetes-nmstate-operator. However, it says the latest version is 0.47.0

What you expected to happen: OperatorHub should be kept up to date (or removed altogether if it's not supported)

We are missing automation to put new versions at operator hub @creydr can you take a look ?
