Light / Dark mode #32

In settings tab, add a toggleable button that can switch the UI to light / dark mode.

Dark Mode is default, and under the settings tab there is a button labeled "Light Mode" that upon being pressed switches the UI into a light mode. pressing again flips back to dark mode.
