I do think you need to address somewhere that the data are from 2001 and at least talk about the fact that things could already be significantly different since that time and what effect that might have on these results.

Cell 37 reports out some great information. I'd suggest thinking about what it is you are focusing on getting across to a potential user of the information. For y-axis, perhaps reporting in acreage or sqkm might be more helpful? Are trends or comparisons across the regions and groups more important? Would it be helpful to hold x-y planes consistent across graphs to get more at comparisons? We can talk in more detail but didn't want to go down rabbit holes not really knowing the audience on my end.
