Add the functionality to load more when we reach the end of the list. Like infinite scroll. #3

It paginated at 100 blocks/page and provides a cursor to pick up the rest. Need to get rest of the data when we reach the end of the list, show a progress indicator while data is being fetched. This might be a duplicated of #4
