SPI enhancement to expose JDBC to Connector Developer #199

Connector Manager will have config related to JDBC connection and needs to 
make that available to the Connector if needed.

Enabled by the new ConnectorPersistentStore SPI interface.   Connectors that 
wish to be given access to the JDBC DataSource should implement the 
ConnectorPersistentStoreAware interface in their Connector implementation.
