Delivery to the following recipient failed permanently: #239

Please Help to Solve. Thank You kindly.

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1.Sending mail from a corporate email, to a corporate group.

2.Email is sent perfectly from Microsoft outlook and the recipients also 
receive the email. When sent using lo-gin of corporate G-Mail site or from 
Gmail.com, email is sent but recipient does not receive. Instead a failed mail 
delivery notification is received from mailer-daemon@googlemail.com

3.Same issue as above (Statement 2, E-mail not recieved) when sending email to 
groups on any smart phone device (android, i-phone, blackberry).

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected output is for email to be sent to all corporate groups. Instead a 
failed mail delivery e-mail is received from mailer-daemon@googlemail.com.

On what operating system?
Windows 7 PC

Please provide any additional information below (IP's have been removed).

The Google Enterprise Connector Manager project is not associated with the 
GMail project.
Since the reported problem is not an issue with the Connector Manager, I am 
closing this bug.

Our domain recently was forged/Spoofed, now it is clean again.

can you please proceed to remove srvcourrier.cedrom-sni.com (204.19.17.22) from 
your black list, so we can again send messages to domain like: 
clients@newstex.com
