Created The diagram and invited everyone in through email. Add in some personal stories. Tag. Weak Link. Strong Link. Return State. Optional Stage

I add more type for the open slot. It has more variables such as: "I want to Listen to a, I wanna listen to a, I wanna hear a, I wanna hear"

based on Anthony Logic. I get rid of the Old Type and added in New Type to the diagram. Make it easier to keep track of in the future
