How to translate the cities?

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I've this client using en/ar, they would love the cities to be translated to cities.

Describe the solution you'd like

• It should be same like country (no brainer) just install and magically translated when we pass the locale
• I think there will be another table to handle the translation, just need to store the locale you need
• I imagine we have artisan like (php artisan world:translate --cities=ar), the output is generate to cities-locale

**Alternative

• Perhaps just store the locale on file, just need good organized it

Additional context

• I'm not sure where to retrieve the locale data, do you mind sharing the info
