IE8 support #13

it sort of works but... i get an error from $( "div.box").not('.no-drop') saying that .not is not a valid function, which in IE8 is true

anyone done any work making changes to support old browsers?

We use in theme jQuery 2.x This version support IE9+ http://jquery.com/browser-support/

i know that jquery 2 only supports ie9+ unfortunately i am too far down the road using devoops to back out. i would if i could.

Not good idea, really. Percent of users with IE 7-8-9 very small. Sure, many companies have IE8 as corporate standard, but backport of our theme..think you may have another problem with JS or CSS-styling. Sorry, not may help with this, we don't like and don't use Internet Explorer any versions(and Windows too). And very glad this.
