We need to create a Wiki page documenting in detail the process of taking 
original 3D models from Maya or 3DS studio max and including them in OpenNERO 
mods.

r548 and r549 place the source files under misc/3d and misc/3d/obj_to_md2

Change the wiki page to refer to the source and add the wiki page to the index.
